Substitutions - Westfresh Catering reserves the right to substitute items including but not limited to food and flowers that become unavailable in the market or that exceed reasonable market prices. Westfresh will make best effort to notify the client of such substitution(s) if time allows.
Changes and Cancellation: 24 hour notice is required for cancellation or to make changes to all corporate account orders that are scheduled for delivery between Tuesday to Friday. 72 hours for those orders that are scheduled for delivery on Monday -
Delivery/Pick Up: We ask that you allow us at least a: 45 minutes to 1hour window of arrival time prior to the start of your event. Please be sure that the location is available and accessible to our delivery person. All deliveries will be charged a delivery fee based on location and the timing of delivery.
Pick up ----- please make available to our service staff all catering equipment in one specific location. Any return trip for items not available on the first pick up try- will be charged a fee for a return trip.
Service Charges: A 10 person minimum or $100.00 per delivery is required Monday through Friday.
Saturday and Sunday and all holidays are by previous appointments only. A 50 persons or $1500.00 Minimum applies for all week-end and holiday work. Delivery and or Service fee applies.
